When layering 2 basses, you should ALWAYS remove the low end using an EQ of all except one main sub bass. If you have 2 basses both playing in the same frequency, they're gonna cut each other out and make it sound like the volume is changing. Also, compression would really help on this track. Make the kick louder because I've noticed in your recent songs the kick is quiet. Lastly, the drop sounds kinda empty, maybe the synths are too weak.

I know it's a good idea to make the drop louder than the rest of the song but this is already jumpscare-level of volume increase, make the mix more balanced and maybe compress it a bit more
